By participating in AFA Events organized by the Asia Flag Association (AFA), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with flag football, including but not limited to: sprains, strains, dislocations, fractures, concussions, collisions with other players, ground impact, dehydration, heat exhaustion, and weather-related issues.
I hereby release and discharge the Asia Flag Association, its officers, referees, staff, sponsors, partners, and venue operators from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, including those due to negligence or unforeseen circumstances.
I authorize AFA staff or referees to provide or arrange basic first aid or emergency medical treatment if needed. I understand that any further medical care or hospital expenses are my sole responsibility. I affirm that I am physically fit to participate in flag football.
I grant permission for AFA and its media partners to photograph, film, or record my participation in AFA Events for promotional use.
I agree to follow AFA's Code of Conduct. This waiver is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
