📋 How the Check-In System Works

  • Color Coding: Cyan (≥ min players) • Yellow (close to min) • Red (below min)
  • Check-In Emails: Admin receives notification when any player checks in
  • Low Attendance Alerts: Auto-sent when team is below minimum threshold
  • 24-Hour Reminders: Checked-in players get game reminder email automatically
