How Points Are Calculated

Simple breakdown of our scoring system for each position

🏈 Quarterback Points

Touchdowns 6 pts each
Pass Completed 0.5 pts each
Total Yards 0.1/yard
5yd Extra Point 1 pt each
10yd Extra Point 2 pts each
Interceptions -5 pts each

Example:

A QB throws for 150 yards, completes 8 passes, scores 2 touchdowns, kicks 1 five-yard extra point, and has 1 interception.

Points = (150 × 0.1) + (8 × 0.5) + (2 × 6) + (1 × 1) - (1 × 5) = 15 + 4 + 12 + 1 - 5 = 27 points

🎯 Wide Receiver Points

Touchdowns 6 pts each
Total Yards 0.1/yard
Receptions 2 pts each
5yd Extra Point 1 pt each
10yd Extra Point 2 pts each

Example:

A receiver catches 6 passes for 90 yards, scores 1 touchdown, and kicks 1 ten-yard extra point.

Points = (1 × 6) + (90 × 0.1) + (6 × 2) + (1 × 2) = 6 + 9 + 12 + 2 = 29 points

🛡️ Defensive Back Points

Interceptions 7 pts each
Flag Pulls 2 pts each
Defensive TDs 10 pts each
Deflection 3 pts each
Sacks 5 pts each
Safeties 10 pts each

Example:

A defensive back gets 8 flag pulls, 1 interception, 1 defensive touchdown, 2 deflections, 1 sack, and 1 safety.

Points = (1 × 7) + (8 × 2) + (1 × 10) + (2 × 3) + (1 × 5) + (1 × 10) = 7 + 16 + 10 + 6 + 5 + 10 = 54 points

Rusher Points

Sacks 5 pts each
Deflection 3 pts each
Flag Pulls 2 pts each
Safeties 10 pts each
Interceptions 7 pts each
Defensive TDs 10 pts each

Example:

A rusher gets 2 sacks, 3 deflections, 5 flag pulls, 1 safety, and 1 interception.

Points = (2 × 5) + (3 × 3) + (5 × 2) + (1 × 10) + (1 × 7) = 10 + 9 + 10 + 10 + 7 = 46 points
