By joining Asia Flag Association (AFA) open play sessions, I acknowledge that flag football involves physical activity and a potential risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release AFA, its officers, referees, staff, sponsors, and venue partners from any liability arising from my participation.

I agree to follow all AFA rules, safety instructions, and the Code of Conduct. I give permission for AFA to photograph and record my participation and to use those images or videos for league highlights and promotional purposes.

I understand these sessions are informal, non-competitive, and free of charge. They do not constitute a league contract or guarantee any future league placement.
